Marc trained as a tax adviser and lawyer, with further study in real estate, corporate finance and strategic HRM. He still practises — as a lawyer, tax specialist and company secretary — working at the seam between governance, decision-making and strategy for organisations that range from start-ups and family offices to PE-backed and listed companies in real estate, pensions, logistics and tech. He uses AI daily for market intelligence and recruitment automation, and is at his best when he is turning strategy into operational and financial results.

Claudia has more than 15 years at the intersection of Finance, Tax and HR — as a tax adviser at Deloitte, as an in-house Tax Manager, and as Manager HR & Finance at Lidl Netherlands, where she was responsible for over 2,500 people. That combination of tax depth and HR leadership at scale is rare: she understands the roles she recruits for from the inside, both from the practice and from the boardroom.

Lars trained as a tax specialist at Utrecht University and began his career as a tax adviser at Ernst & Young. As a consultant at Ebbinge he focused on Tax and Legal appointments at director and management level — a line he continued as Business Unit Director at Vistra, advising international multinationals and corporate structures. He also advises on estate planning and family office matters, holds several supervisory board roles, and works on tax structuring, compliance and wealth governance for families and entrepreneurs.
