How quickly can an interim professional start?
Often within one to two weeks, sometimes sooner. We are in continuous contact with a network of available interim professionals, so we are not starting from zero when you call.
What is the difference between interim and secondment?
With interim, the professional works independently (freelance) on an assignment basis. With secondment, the professional is employed by an agency and engaged on an hourly basis. We arrange both, depending on what suits the assignment and your preference.
Can interim fees be set off against permanent searches?
Yes. If an interim assignment leads to a permanent appointment, we set the interim fee already paid against the fee for the permanent search. You never pay twice for the same role.
