The Sourcing Partners acts as “trusted advisor” to Finance, Tax & Legal professionals and guides them in their ambitious career goals. We advise and coach in choosing the most appropriate next step in their career, we help increase the effectiveness of our people.

In addition to our ongoing evaluation interviews, we offer our affiliated professionals the opportunity to take assessments in order to monitor the progress in their career even better. There is also the possibility to make use of our permanent education program (hard and soft skills) and to participate in our periodic knowledge sessions.

The Sourcing Partners takes an important part of the marketing and acquisition out off the hands of our (interim) professionals. In addition, they can use our back office for agenda management, administration or substantive junior support.
