Marc Oostenbroek

Marc (1979) has a master in business administration from the Catholic University of Nijmegen (2004) and graduated in 2007 with a master in law from the University of Amsterdam with a specialisation in International and European Tax Law. After 4 years at Deloitte, Marc transferred to Allen & Overy in 2010.
As of March 2019, Marc has joined tax law firm VanLoman as a partner. In addition, he started The Interim Tax Network in November 2019. He was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar in 2010 and is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.
Marc has extensive experience in advising both domestic and international companies on their tax matters. He specialises in the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, fund structuring, setting up management participations and also has extensive experience in litigating tax disputes.
Marc has a special niche focus and frequently advises clients on the tax aspects of management agreements, severance payments, options, share plans and management participations, Long Term Incentive Plans, the 30% ruling, and other employment and benefits related matters.


Marc Magrijn

Marc Magrijn (1980) started his career at Deloitte and then EY. After 7 years Marc made the switch to the corporate world and was General Counsel/Head of Tax and MT-member of the listed company Vastned for 6 years. Since 2017 Marc has been an interim tax consultant/lawyer at a.o. the Van Herk Group, Syntrus Achmea, Bouwinvest, APG, Trust and Eurocommercial Properties. His expertise lies with real estate, financial institutions, (bio)tech, private equity and family businesses. In addition to a broad tax base (including TP, TCF), he has extensive experience with legal, financial and compliance issues which he prefers to combine on assignments. Marc is able to build up a good rapport at all levels within an organisation due to his open and honest style. Analytically strong and the ability to keep things simple. Lars van Marrelo

Lars van Marrelo (1974) started his career in EY’s Human Capital practice after graduating in Tax Law. He advised on the tax consequences of cross-border employment. In 2005 Lars moved to Ebbinge, where he was engaged in the recruitment and selection of tax specialists. Four years later he continued his career at corporate services provider Orangefield where he worked as Business Unit Director among other things. In 2018 Lars started his own Estate Planning advisory practice, with which he is affiliated to wealth advisory firm Affluent. In addition, he has been involved with The Sourcing Partners as Commercial Director since January 2020.


Bas van de Putte
Tax Manager
Bas van de Putte (1971) is a solution-oriented tax expert who has gained extensive experience both on the advisory side and in-house. After graduating in Tax Law, he started working in the international tax practice of Coopers & Lybrand (predecessor of PwC), after which he continued his consulting career at Houthoff. In 2004 he moved to the business world, where he managed the tax departments of credit insurer Atradius and subsequently Corio (listed real estate investor, currently Klepièrre). Bas has been working as an interim tax consultant since 2014. In addition to his interim work, Bas also advises start-ups, funds and companies with an impact signature.


Dennis Giesbers
Dennis Giesbers (1977) started his career at Deloitte’s International tax advisory practice in Rotterdam. There he advised multinationals and large SMEs. In 2017 Dennis set up his own business and since then he has been working as an in-house tax specialist on an interim basis. In recent years he has fulfilled interim tax positions for various clients. In addition, Dennis also assists various clients on an ongoing basis (compliance and advisory).


After studying Fiscal Economics at the University of Amsterdam, Roos Bareman started her career at the international fashion brand G-Star RAW. Here she worked for almost ten years as a driven corporate tax specialist. Roos’ expertise lies in the field of international taxation with a focus on cross-border corporate tax, transfer pricing and turnover tax issues. The last four years Roos was Head of Tax at G-Star RAW. Combining tax theory and practical implementation is where her strength lies. In the beginning of 2020, Roos started her own company, Bareman Fiscaal Advies, where she offers her services as an independent tax consultant and interim tax manager. In July 2020, Roos started her first interim assignment at ASML, where she fulfils the role of interim tax manager for EMEA.


Saskia Kooij-Hogenbirk (1982) started her career in 2007 at the General Tax Practice of Loyens & Loeff NV after completing her studies in Fiscal Economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. She advised approximately 350 DGA clients on corporate income tax, income tax and inheritance and gift tax. In addition, she was responsible for preparing all tax returns for these clients. Eight years later, she continued her career at PwC’s Merger & Acquisition team. After working at PwC for two years and starting her own company, Saskia started working as a self-employed person in the financial and tax world in 2019.
